Hi, I’m Josh Anderson — a full-time REALTOR® serving Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and Bixby.
I started in real estate back in 2016 with one simple goal: to help families make confident moves and feel at home every step of the way.

I didn’t grow up dreaming of being a Realtor — I got into this business to help pay for college while studying business. But I quickly realized that real estate was about so much more than contracts and commissions. It was about people, families, and the stories behind every front door.

My business is built on three things: trust, communication, and results.
I believe every client deserves honest advice, a clear plan, and someone who truly cares about their goals. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling your last, my job is to make the process simple, strategic, and successful.

I take pride in going beyond the basics — using smart marketing, local connections, and data-driven strategy to help you get the best possible outcome. But just as important, I want you to enjoy the process and feel supported every step of the way.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors — hunting, fishing, golfing, or spending time with my beautiful family. I love Oklahoma for its mix of open space, good people, and strong community values.

My greatest joy, though, is my family. My wife and kids are my “why,” and they remind me daily why home matters so much. That’s also why I treat every transaction like it’s my own family’s — because for me, this work is personal.
